TIER 3 CONSULTATION (5 HOURS)
INCLUDES:
Up to 5 hours in consultation with a customer, selecting product at a showroom. Included is time spent researching for the customer in advance or after visit, and offering suggestions.

TIER 2 CONSULTATION (7 HOURS)
INCLUDES:
Up to 7 hours in consultation with a customer, selecting product at a showroom. Included is time spent researching for the customer in advance or after visit, and offering suggestions.
Review quote to make sure all necessary items are included and are correct.
Follow up on order, with an ongoing review what product has arrived, estimated arrival times, and last minute changes, etc.
Keep contractor/plumber informed of necessary information.
INCLUDES:
Up to 7 hours in consultation with a customer, selecting product at a showroom. Included is time spent researching for the customer in advance or after visit, and offering suggestions.
Review quote to make sure all necessary items are included and are correct.
Follow up on order, with an ongoing review what product has arrived, estimated arrival times, and last minute changes, etc.
Keep contractor/plumber informed of necessary information.
Package 3
TIER 1 CONSULTATION (10 HOURS)

Follow up on order, with an ongoing review what product has arrived, estimated arrival times, and last minute changes, etc.

Create a Spec Book of products selected.
Review items upon arrival at job site, confirm they are correct and, if necessary, note room location on product for a multiple bathroom renovation
Be on site for delivery when necessary.
INCLUDES:
